Use of Assets 

You are free to use KC assets in your indie games, personal projects, or any other creative work. This includes but is not limited to commercial and non-commercial use, modification, and redistribution within your projects. 

License for Corporations

• If assets are purchased or acquired by a corporation, the license belongs solely to that entity. Employees or contractors cannot use the assets outside of the corporation, and the assets must only be used for the corporation’s official projects.

Modding into Games

• It is permissible to use KC assets to mod the appearance of characters or objects in games such as GTA (FiveM), or any other games that allow modifications, as long as these modifications are not used for external profit nor are the assets assessable publicly for use. Modding for personal use or as part of non-commercial projects is acceptable. 

Texture Creation and Sale 

• You are allowed to create and sell textures for KC assets, provided that the original mesh is not sold or redistributed in any way. Credit must be given to "KC" or "Kaycee" when selling textures for KC products. 

Redistribution 

• In no way, shape, or form can the assets be redistributed by themselves, whether edited or not. They must be included as part of a completed project (e.g., game, video, or artwork). Any ill use or misuse of the assets is strictly prohibited. 

Credit

• If you use KC assets in any public-facing project (such as a game, video, or other creative media), please provide credit to "KC" or "Kaycee" visibly and appropriately. This can be in the credits section of a game, a description box of a video, or any other suitable location. 

No Liability

• KC is not responsible for any damages, issues, or liabilities that arise from the use of the assets. You use the assets at your own risk. Ownership While you are free to use and modify the assets, ownership of the original designs remains with KC. By using KC assets, you agree to these terms. • Copyright for this art asset inherently belongs to its creator upon its creation.
• Infringement of Copyright Law related to these assets/products may lead to:
• Fines ranging between $200 and $150,000.
• Infringers compensate for actual damages and profits derived from unauthorized use.
• The infringer bears all legal fees and court costs.
